UNZIP
To decompress a ZIPPED file.
Upload
To transfer a file from a local computer to a remote computer.
URL Rewrite
A web server technique which makes dynamic URLs look like static URLs. URL rewrite gives you a readable URL for humans and are also key to getting spiders to crawl the website.
Usability
Making your site easy for your customers to find the exact information they need when they need it. Anything that makes the process slower, such as like Flash animation for a dial-up customer, inhibits usability. Conversely, easy navigation and strong, informative text enhance usability.
Value
The type, length, quality, or URL assigned to a style property for an element. CSS properties each have specific ranges of value or token types which may be declared for them.
VBScript
The Visual Basic scripting language from Microsoft. It is a revision of the BASIC programming language, but used for website development rather than general software development.
Vertical Banner
A banner ad measuring 120 pixels wide by 240 pixels high.
