PSA
Public Service Announcement. Information of interest to the general public posted by a website at no charge.
Public Domain
The set of all creative work such as software, art, music and books not covered by copyright laws.
Publisher
A website owner that promotes a merchant product or service in return for payment once an agreed-upon action has been completed.

Redirect
A tactic where the user is sent to a different webpage than they had requested. Where a url has changed or a page has moved this may be legitimate. In other cases, however, the redirect is to a irrelevant page for the purpose of making money - which could result in a penalty by search engines if detected.
Refresh Tag
A tag which refreshes or reloads a webpage at a given time.
Relevance
The correlation between text and tags, or between a keyphrase queried and its SERPs.
Render
The presentation of a graphic image from a data file onto a display device.
Repaginate
To recalculate the page breaks in a webpage.
