Heading
An HTML tag, many search engines assign greater importance to words placed in a heading.
Heading Tag
A tag that designates the headlines in the text of a webpage.
Headline Animator
A FeedBurner service that lets users make a banner to advertise the latest entries in their feed.
Hidden Input Tags
Form tags that visitors will not see when visiting your site. The hidden field is used to provide information on processing the form. Some search engines index these tags. These tags can be viewed by visitors reading the source code so do not include sensitive information like passwords or keywords in the hidden tags. An example: <input type="hidden" name="Description" value="Your webpage description here.">
Hidden Links
A spam technique in which hypertext links are made to be seen by spiders but not by human visitors.
Hidden Text
Text located behind a graphic or other webpage component, or text the same color as the background.
