DPI
Dots per Inch. In graphics this is a measurement of the resolution of a printed image. Often incorrectly used to refer to screen resolution of web graphics, which is really measured in Pixels Per Inch.
Dreamweaver
A software program from Adobe used to build webpages.
Drill Down
The process of a user going deeper into a website or deeper into data.
Dummy
A placeholder, usually a record or character, that is used to reserve a space until the intended item is available.
Duplicate Content
Content which is identical or very similar in nature. Search engines do not like to index multiple versions of the same information.
Dynamic
Changes frequently.
Dynamic Content
Content that changes regularly, such as on a blog or e-commerce website.
