Comment Tag
An HTML tag. <!-- Your Comment Here --> It appears in the HTML tags and is invisible to website visitors, but many search engine spiders can see and index them. They may be used to identify parts of the webpage requiring future revision or explanation as to how the CSS or other Source Code is used for a section of the webpage.

Complementary Colors
Any pair of colors that are radially opposite one another relative to the white point on a chromaticity chart. Complementary colors may be mixed together to produce the perception of white. Analogous pairs of colors result with subtractive mixing.
Complementary Secondary Color
A secondary color, the light of which when combined with a primary color light of equal intensity results in the appearance of White. Cyan complements Red, Yellow complements Blue, Magenta complements Green.
Component (website)
A unit of architecture with defined boundaries.
Compression
The process by which redundancy is removed from data prior to its transmission or storage to allow for faster delivery on the web.
