Active Server Pages
ASP. A Microsoft server application that allows the dynamic creation of webpages.
Ad Copy
The text used in an advertising campaign.
Ad Inventory
The number of advertisements that a website can sell in a given timeframe.
Ad Space
An area available on a website to publish advertisements. Multiple ad spaces can exist on a single webpage.
Additive Mixing
The combining of two or three of the primary colors - red, blue and green. The additive mixture of these colors is seen by humans as one of an infinite number of other colors lying within the bounds of human vision, depending on the intensity of each primary color. When additive mixing takes place, the human observer sees colors that are not actually present.
Affiliate Link
A hyperlink with a unique tracking code, used to promote a merchant's products or services.
Affiliate Page
An advertising or marketing page.
Aliasing
A jagged appearance in the curves or diagonal lines on a monitor due to low screen resolution.
